Want to know how to create the heart bokeh?
All you need is a piece of card with a heart shape cut in it (not too big), then hold it or stick it in some way over your lens and using a wide aperture focus on your foreground objects and magically it will turn your background light source into heart shapes.
Easy-peasy...

I long for the day when I'm bored into doing experiments like this, because it will mean I've mastered the basics and then some! I feel like such a bonehead these days!
Pretty pictures! I just love bokeh - but when it appears in my photos, it's entirely accidental. :-)
Good idea ! I glued little pictures of our faces on the gift boxes so that my 2 year old grandson could see to whom the parcel belonged. It was so cute !
I shall have to keep that in mind!
